Personal Chef Service

 
All items are vegan and are made fresh the day of delivery. I use very little to no oil in most of the dishes, and spices can be adjusted to fit your tastes. Gluten Free items are marked with a GF and there are a few raw options.  You will receive a menu with your order that has reheating instructions.   If there is something you would like but don’t see it on the menu, please ask.
Dinners   

  • Chickpea Burgers with all the fixings with a side of skillet potatoes or veggies GF
  • BBQ Sammie’s made with brown lentils ,with a side of potato salad or veggies GF
  • Not so Chick’N Salad wraps made with chickpeas vegan mayo, grapes, walnuts and celery with a side of potato salad GF if using lettuce for the wraps
  • Award winning Pumpkin Chipotle Chili with a side of cornbread (cornbread can be made with rice flour to make it GF)
  • Potato and squash gratin casserole (made with cashew cream sauce)served with a side of steamed veggies GF
  • Large Quiona Salad made with asparagus, red bell peppers, cucumbers and black lentils served with a side of hummus and veggies (this can be made as wraps or just eaten as a salad) GF
  • Millet salad with black eyed peas, green onions and cherry tomatoes with lemon juice, this can be eaten as a salad or wrapped in lettuce or a tortilla for a wrap GF
  • Beef stroganoff made with Seitan and eggless noodles served with a salad or veggies
  • 9 inch individual pizzas made with veggies/ vegan pepperoni Gluten free crust available
  • Soft tacos made with seasoned lentils served with fiesta quinoa. If served as lettuce wraps to be GF)
  • Enchiladas (your choice of seasoned veggies, black beans or spinach) covered in red sauce, with a side of rice and beans or fiesta quinoa GF
  • Polenta Taco Bake, a layer of polenta with black beans, green chilies and fire roasted tomatoes, serve with lettuce and tomatoes on top GF
  • Posole (Mexican stew made with hominy and veggies) served with a garden salad
  • Tempeh and veggie Enchiladas rolled in corn tortillas topped with red sauce, served with a side of fiesta rice and beans or fiesta quinoa with black beans GF

  • Nut meat taco wrap meal- ground up walnuts, almonds and cashews seasoned with southwest seasonings served with boston lettuce. Cashew nacho cheese with veggies included.
  • Raw pasta made from shredded zucchini topped with dressing and cherry tomatoes served with a salad
  • Veggie Medley served on a bed of cauliflower “rice” served with a salad
  • Chick’N salad wraps made from nuts or chickpeas, served with a salad
  • Un Tuna salad wraps made from nuts or chickpeas, served with a salad
  • Raw Kale and Basil Pesto Pasta (made from zucchini) served with a salad
  • Sweet Potato noodles with cranberries and walnut with almond curry sauce
  • Zucchini Pad Thai (carrots, bell peppers, cabbage ) in a thai peanut sauce

  • Tofu Scramble made with tofu, onions, bell peppers, sausage and skillet potatoes with a side of tortillas GF
  • Tofu Scramble Migas- tofu scramble on top a bed of tortilla chips GF
  • Vegan version of the Egg McMuffin, made from baked tofu eggs on a English muffin with Canadian bacon and cheese
  • Banana Nut Muffins, Zucchini Muffins or Blueberry Muffins
  • Breakfast enchiladas- scramble rolled in tortillas and topped with enchilada sauce GF
  • Sausage balls made with sausage, nutritional yeast and jalapeños
  • Raw carrot cake muffins made from walnuts and dates GF
